I have kind of a love/hate relationship with these things. They're so readily available and inexpensive, and if I'm hungry, I want to believe they might resemble regular baked goods in their ability to make me feel sustained.
Usually, though, I end up choking down what tastes like spun sugar and lard and feeling kind of gross afterward. Ugh.
This is not to say I won't partake here and there. Devil Squares make me happy once in a while, and I've been known to get random things out of the vendo, or eat stuff when Joe brings it home.
